| All returns must be made within 10 days with a copy of the original receipt, All returns are subject to approval. Italian Charms Inc. is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. Italian Charms Inc. only accepts returned merchandise if the said merchandise had manufacturing defects, is of unsatisfactory quality, or were sent erroneously to the customer.
